Official announcement STOCKHOLM - June 23 2005 - Today, GRIN is proud to confirm that they are developing the PC version for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter™. Working in close collaboration with Ubisoft's studios, GRIN is delighted to bring its expertise to the next installment on Windows® PC DVD-ROM of the smash-hit squad based shooter franchise.
GRIN has strong experience in military applications (they started developing software for the armed forces). They distinguished themselves in developing groundbreaking technology; GRIN made the first game to feature pixel shaders in cooperation with Nvidia for the launch of the GeForce 3.

As Stephen mentioned, they made Bandits: Phoenix Rising, which was a mediocre game.Bandits is a pretty damn good game especially in multiplayer. It's wheeled vehicular combat is better than stock UT2004's due to the great diversity of weapons and even the control and physics feel a little better. The engine used in Bandits runs well and looks good. Admittedly the single-player game is lack-luster and the dialog is laughable at times especially due to the translation to English.
This announcement is scary, developing GR3 is a big burden on their shoulders for sure, their track record is not too impressive, at all...
Bandits was a pretty sweet game.
Deus Ex is one of my all time favs right next to System Shock 2
I'm thinking GRIN will be simply handling the Xbox360-to-PC porting duties, nothing major.
It's already been confirmed that the PC version will be entirely different from the XBOX version, akin to the difference between R6 3 on PC and on XBOX.
