Is FEAR really that bad? I thought it did look kind of cool from the first movie I saw of it a while ago.

I found it incredibly fun, but graphically poor (slow/demanding and particularly unimpressive) with mediorce level design. Multiplayer looks to be the only good aspect, as the singleplayer looks like a standard 10-a-penny horror plot.

Certainly not a classic, but good for a bit of arcadey deathmatch fun.
