Funny, the Online service foils ransom plot article says:
Britain has largest zombie PC population in the world

Then the US has most zombie computers claims:
The US has the dubious distinction of having over-taken China as the country with the most zombie computers

I think we need some zombie competitions.

I, for example, can't play Silent Storm with some of the newish drivers. Had to revert to the 44.something ones. But they work with everything I throw at it

Gothic 1 and 2 (no surprise since I guess they use the same engine), Homeworld 2, and a couple others that aren't springing immediately to mind. I got 'em all working eventually, but it was kinda obnoxious.

Edit: And those aren't really all that old. I still haven't really tried many of the games that are older.

A number of my older games were virtually unplayable without fucking around with hidden settings and installing beta drivers and whatnot

Really? Which ones?

If you look at your reflection, is that all you want to be? http://www.nin.com

2001 called, they want their FUD back.

No shit. I upgraded from my Radeon 8500 to a 6600 GT last month... I couldn't believe how shitty nVidia's drivers were. A number of my older games were virtually unplayable without fucking around with hidden settings and installing beta drivers and whatnot.

Edit: What the Hell is the proper capitalization of nVIDIA, anyway? Or is it Nvidia? NVIDIA? nvidia?

Problem is Ati can't even keep up with decent drivers.
