The guns of the greatest of all wars roar into life in and on The Road to Berlin. This fast-moving game drops the player right in the middle of frenzied combat action, where the thrills just keep coming! Pilot, gunner, sniper, paratrooper – all these roles are played out through a simple, intuitive point-and-click interface, allowing instant and complete immersion in the game world.
The weapons and weapon platforms modeled in the game range from legendary fighters such as the P-51 Mustang to the Springfield sniper carbine. 16 summer and winter combat missions, realistic sound and graphics, plus fast-flowing action make for an exciting and satisfying gaming experience.
The battles will be fought both in the air and on the ground under diverse conditions, in different seasons: from summer through winter and in various places: from fields or villages up to the very centre of Berlin.
This is blantantly egregious.LOL! I suggest because do some research because you apparently know nothing about intellectual property law. The very fact that there are so many games created about World War II and other historical themes is because they are public domain material.
Remember when (either Microsoft or Mythic) sued one another because the name of the company/game was infringing one another's intellectual property? You apparently don't remember it (at least not correctly) because that was a trademark infringement dispute over Microsoft's use of the word "Mythica" for a video game. "Battlestrike" is NOT "Battlefield" or even a derivation thereof. In addition, neither EA nor DICE has a trademark on "Battlefield." DICE applied last year for such a trademark, but it has not yet been granted, and there are prior applicants for using that term in computer simulations so it may not be granted.
where is X-com 3It's been released already.
