The level editor for Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is now available, offering
the chance for those who enjoy walking in designer shoes to create levels for
the stealthy action game. Included in the release are the original maps from the
game in editor format. The 20 MB download is available on
3D Gamers,
Gameguru Mania,
Gamer's Hell, and
Worthplaying.

I heard from Ubisoft that they would never release the editor because it is too complex. Hmm... Let's see what people do.
If this was released, say three months ago it would be a good thing. Before that the Xbox Live! maps needed to be released to tide people over.
Now, I've uninstalled the game and doubt I'll get the PC version of the next due to the extreme lack of support it received.
It's a shame too, as it was the most fun I've had in an online game in awhile. When you weren't playing against ass-hats, that is.
