Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Map

The Warcraft III Bonus Maps Page now features another new bonus map for Blizzard's RTS expansion (thanks Frans). Here's the description of the map called Dragonblight: "Those who have braved the chill wind speak of a graveyard called Dragonblight. Treasure is rumored to lie beneath draconian bones, but vigilant dragons watch this sacred ground for foolhardy graverobbers."

Could someone please tell me the name of the game engine that powers StarCraft?

Thank you.

As far as i remember, Blizzard is not working on Ghost, Nihilistic is.

I thought Blizzard took it back...what's that been 6-9 months ago?

And that is very annoying, because it doesn't seem that there is any kind of ETA for Ghost.

IIRC, the last game they announced at E3 was the Diablo II expansion. They typically announce stuff either when it's ready, or at ECTS in September.

EDIT: And I wouldn't expect them to announce a new StarCraft game until they finish the current one (StarCraft: Ghost) since it's story is supposed to lead into future SC titles.

Sincerely,
Jeremy Dunn

This is cool BLizzard is still doing this though after WoW hit, I pretty much left Wc3 for good. The ladder has been messed up in Wc3 ever since they changed the AMM. It seems many players in the US and Euro server have quit it since then or given up. There is no motivation to play in it's current state really. I'll probably stick to WoW until Wc4 or SC2 hits. Cheers!

Everyone wants them in ladder, its just that Blizzard has their cash cow to concentrate on and they cant be bothered to update servers with more maps.

Making these nice custom maps pretty much USELESS.

Someone must download these, or they wouldn't keep doing this. What we need ,though, is more ladder maps.
