"Aliens" are real. They are not aliens. That is what a human being who has evolved properly is like. You can only see it if you evolve too. I am talking about those big eye blue aliens with the long and skinny arms. That is you if you evolve properly. They tell you about Aliens and show you the pictures so that when you finally are able to see, you will not freak out. You saw the "aliens" on TV before so your brain is prepared when you see it for real.

The object here isn't to kill JFK, it's to prove or disprove a theory. You aren't supposed to enjoy the killing.

In a game where you killed MLK Jr it would likely be to enjoy the killing, as there is little other motive.

Motives can make something tasteless or slide it under the radar. People really seemed to miss that.

Also, faceless soldiers and a historical figure are not one and the same. Case in point - MOH Rising Sun has apparently been selling well in Japan, where kids are essentially killing their grandparents... but they're faceless soldiers, not people. No one is expected to make the jump from faceless drone to person. With a named historical person you make that jump.

Btw, I do agree with your point of view on this one. My main argument with his (other than the obvious one about the anonymity of video game characters) is that we're talking about a game here, not a movie, not a documentary, but a video game. And even though games and movies are compared a lot on these boards I think there would be a big difference in being told that a movie is being made about the death of your father and being told the same about a video game.

I wish I remebered the documentary I saw that had 3 guys from oversees (not interviewed directly) going over their story of how they were hired by a group in the United States to assasinate JFK. They actually lived in the area for 4-5 months and stayed in the area 2 months after the shooting.

Damn. It was a year or so ago when I saw it.....anyone else catch that? Even it was conspiracy theory, it was pretty good.

No need: various reenactments (available on various cable channels) have shown that a marksman of LHO's skill could do the job, and that a moderate pace going down the stairs (and walking to the other shooting he did that day) was well within reason and the timeline.

That's why the Mars pictures are so fun: folks who previously saw the Face on Mars, but had their fun spoiled by higher res photos now complain that NASA is hiding the truth. Then they use other NASA photos to "prove" that there is/was an alien presence on Mars. Mars is like a Rorshach test for these people.
