Another Half-Life 2 Gold Rumor

Rumor Control: Half-Life 2 gold (for real) and the PStwo ships early on GameSpot has the latest results from their Magic 8-Ball, as another site rushes to announce that Half-Life 2 is gold. This time the report is based on an "informed source." If the game is indeed gold, the plan is apparently to trickle the news out via word of mouth.

Don't know if I really need a spoiler warning but just in case...

Blue Shift advances the Half-Life plotline more so then is immediatly obvious. After all it explains how Barney and some of the scientists end up in Half-Life 2.
