Okay, well, the Giants game worked out about as well as could have been
expected... could be a long season for big blue fans, and a short one for big
blue QBs with that offensive rebuilt offensive line. Oh well, the Eagles have us
outclassed at this point, and at least the kid got his feet wet without getting
killed, so I'll just consider it a building block.

I've been reading the reviews of the Sims 2 that just came out and some features the IGN and Gamespy have been running. The game sounds damn funny. I haven't paid attention to it at all but I think I may have to get it. It looks like you can have some real fun with it. A lot of little improvements over the original. Maybe I'm being swindled again (the first game got boring after a few days for me) but it sounds promising.
Word of caution: don't go exclusively by IGN/Gamespy's reviews. 1.) its the same company. 2.) its been strongly suggested that their reviews (especially out of the IGN end) tends to be a little TOO accomodating to companies such as EA and other large pub houses.
Gamespot usually has some pretty dependable reviews but in the end, nothing is as accurate as word of mouth from people you know in forums like this or elsewhere.
