Okay, well, the Giants game worked out about as well as could have been
expected... could be a long season for big blue fans, and a short one for big
blue QBs with that offensive rebuilt offensive line. Oh well, the Eagles have us
outclassed at this point, and at least the kid got his feet wet without getting
killed, so I'll just consider it a building block.

I don't know what state you live in, but in most if you hit a pedestrian in the road (not on the sidewalk/off the road/crosswalk) and stop (e.g. - not hit and run) then you are at no fault whatsoever.
I live in CA - you know I'd get sued by SOMEONE no matter who was at fault. I think you should be able to sue the jogger/bicyclist if they were at fault. Yeah, right, who am I kidding....
