The promised demo for Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault is now available. The demo
is a bit smaller than predicted, but at 534 MB, that's splitting hairs.

Wow, I just saw a video of this afew days ago at gamespot.com and thought it looked amazing. I couldn't wait to try it and heres my chance. Downloading right now, and to help you decide where to dl it from, 3dgamers.com uses Bit Torrent which I always get blazing speeds on. Cheers!

It is actually very good. Excellent graphics, extremely intense.
Kind of crazy when three Japanese guys come rushing at you with their bayonets.
Overall I would say an excellent game in an overcrowded WWII genre (understatement of the year).

Not another WWII shooter! Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, Brotherhood of Glory, Parcel of Patriots... Oh Lord, how many more must we endure?! Gimme something that has jumping puzzles and boss levels and monster closets and powerups placed in illogical places. Gimme a storyline where I'm the lone wolf running the gauntlet in a lab/sci-fi complex where the big research project went too far and now the mutants and demons and shit are running amok. You know, something FRESH.

but having a Fileplanet subscription is pretty sweet. They suckered me in with the Tribes beta and now I may be hooked.

Holy crap 534mb used to be a whole game! This'll probably come out on half a dozen cd's too. Pulling 422/sec from Filefront WITHOUT a subscription but lets not go there again. Hope this is good.

5-10 minutes of playtime. I know it's a demo but come on.
But I had fun with it. I'm sure it will piss a lot of people off though because there isn't anything we havn't seen before, but it is well done.
