A version 1.04 Patch/"Coast to Coast" expansion for Railroad Tycoon 3 is now freely available "as a thank you for the public support of the Railroad Tycoon franchise over the years." The expansion adds new maps (including the namesake Coast to Coast scenario), new locomotives, new skinning tools, as well as all the features and tweaks in the new version 1.04 update. The Coast to Coast add-on is a 119 MB download, available on FilePlanet (registration required), and mirrored on 3D Gamers and Boomtown (registration required).
