Warner Bros. Buys Monolith is the press release announcing that television
and film conglomerate Warner Bros., already a minority investor in Monolith
Productions, has exercised an option to acquire the rest of the game developer.
Monolith will now operate under Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment
(WBIE), headed up by former Monolith CEO Jason Hall (story), who
no reportedly no longer held any stake in the company he helped found.
I fear for F.E.A.R.
What is there to be fearful for? Personally, I can't wait for Monolith to dump F.E.A.R and the NOLF series and start on Catwoman, Pluto Nash and Kangaroo Jack games.
