im getting my g/f into gaming with Q3 and now Doom3Good call with the choice of games - it strikes me as funny that whenever games come into my conversations with my girl mates, that games that are perhaps perceived as more 'girl orientated' (Sims, etc) are not what they wish to play. I had a girlfriend who was an Atomic Bomberman obsessive, although she was truly awful at it. She never 'got' Half-Life, preferring to shoot the scientists... still, we all played through HL at least once doing that
