Except for people with diseases that the government feels should not be treated (AIDS and SARS, for example - though international pressure is forcing the Chinese to take some steps)
Equal oportunities at education for everyone (Why do u think the former Soviet Union had the best education system in the world?).
Is that why the U.S. accepts more foreign students than any other country in the world. While the primary and secondary schooling leaves much to be desired (probably because it is free along the lines of the socialist model), college and University education in the U.S. is the best in the world. No on else is better
overall that U.S. universities. Sure there are pockets here and there - like India's Indian Insititute for Technology for coputer stuff, for example. But
overall, there is no other system as good as the one in the U.S.
