Uhh...the "Doom for Windows 95" launcher?
I am just using whatever came as default with the Doom Collector's Edition
that I purchased for $15. I have been burning through a lot of the older, cheaper titles (XIII, Arcanum, Star Trek: 1337 Force 2, Beyond Good and Evil,
etc.) and I picked this one up yesterday.
Obviously, it is an older title...but I can still appreciate all the fun I have had with these games. No other game has yet to perfect the same (relative) balance of weapons, monsters, levels, and sounds.
Killing that first cacodemon for the pulse rifle was sure bliss. Shooting the barrels, blowing away the soldier into the bloody bits...the satisfaction of a good shotgun blast...taking out a pinky with your chainsaw or even your fists... Mmm...budget gaming goodness.
Thinking id kicks f...iendish ass :o,
Edit: Title clarification.
