I was just reading an article which mentions that game publishers believe gamers don't buy games during the summer and that they like to hold off on selling games until the winter holidays. It doesn't make sense to me... Why would they want to compete with every other decent game being released at that time? A few good games suffered lack luster sales last winter mainly because of the fact that there was too much competition. For example, Beyond Good and Evil was a great game, that no one bought because it was released at the same time as 50 other "Holiday" games.
When I was younger and I had more time to game, it was during the summer... when it was too fucking hot to go out side.
I guess the publishers are too greedy to realize that
winter isn't the only time they can get the parents out to WalMart to spend some cash.
I am sure this game sucks anyway....
