A new alpha version 0.22 of the Neotokyo
modification for Unreal Tournament 2004 is now available (thanks SubMerged).
This is a maintenance release, and they expect another new release soon. Much of
the website is being revamped, but they list an IRC channel where you can find
support for this project.
that art style reminds me of Masamune Shirow's "Appleseed"... possibly my favorite manga of all time...
