Tracks like Transmission, She's Lost Control or Atmosphere are (in my opinion) better than anything NO has ever done. NO up to '87 is fine, and then it all goes a bit rubbish. Never heard them live, so can't comment about that

I've got that box set and I keep meaning to listen to it (I buy a hell of a lot faster than I have time to listen). It's a nice box, with a full color book in the middle. The tracks list itself seems pretty comprehensive.

I've never actually heard any JD. NO is good, but very hit and miss. When they're ON, they're great, and when they're OFF, it's like "What is this shit?". Their last album (Get Ready) while good (maybe even great), sounded NOTHING like a NO album (and more like an Electronic album).

Also, NO live ranks up there with nine inch nails live, from a vocal standpoint. The music sounds great, but the vocalist (in both cases) sound like they've had one too many drinks, and vocally kinda run all over the place. (They both sound great in the studio, but live is not the best way to hear them.)

BTW, Enahs, try PVC pants instead. They're a lot hotter to wear, but they don't pinch your junk. Plus you get to meet girls with low self esteem that are easily manipulated by Morrisey songs.

It's great stuff: Looks new all the time, no rot, no paint, and in the winter it soaks up the sun's rays and melts off all the snow (Well, it might need a little help if there's more than a few inches). If any of you replace your deck, I highly recommend it!

That's one intense movie. I remember after watching it lying in bed and not sleeping. I couldn't quit thinking about a couple of the scenes.

I saw something on Dinner for Five where a director talked about the old actor who played the "boss" in the movie being one of the most unpleasant people ever to work with. I was wondering if Tarantino mentions anything about him in the director's commentary.
