Sony Online Entertainment Announces Omens of War Expansion for Everquest (thanks Frans) announces yet another expansion (the eighth?) for EverQuest, SOE's MMORPG. Word is: "This expansion will feature new high-level Epic weapons while raising the player level cap to level 70. EverQuest players will also enjoy a new visual appearance thanks to the use of the new next-generation graphics engine. EverQuest: Omens of War is scheduled to be available at retail and for digital download from Sony Online Entertainment for $29.99 in July." The EverQuest: Omens of War Website is already online.

BG1 was awesome because it was so massive, you had to explore so much and so many different places. BG2 was, well a tuned-up IWD but still great.
Hey Derek, if you wont do BG3, just do a patch for BG1 that adds 1024x786 support and make it run better on XP, pretty pretty please? I would sooo much love to play that game again, but it wont work on my computer, plus 640x480 looks extremely ugly on my 22". I would even pay up to $20 for it.

I have given up on waiting for BIS to come back to their senses and do a real ArmA 2 successor.
