Consolidation - DOOM 3 Coop?

  • Slashdot | Only Xbox Port of Doom 3 Will Have Co-operative Play.
  • Interplay sues BattleBorne over 'Airborne' deal (thanks HomeLAN Fed). "The suit...claims that BattleBorne terminated without cause an agreement between the two to produce the game 'Airborne,' then refused to return a $250,000 advance from Interplay. BattleBorne declined to comment on the suit..." Currently, Acclaim plans on publishing the game this summer under the title Combat Elite: WWII Paratroopers.

ildon why do you think coop works better on consoles? Split screen is not what I call coop, thats what I call utter waste of space.

True coop is Rainbow Six, Hidden & Dangerous all done over the internet using TS2 Voice comms, it beats the hell out of Deathmatch boringness.

X-box just like all other consoles are a poor mans toy with inferior gameplay, sound, graphics etc. I would rather have a wank.
