A new version 1.00.02 RC7 Universal Combat patch is now available on the
BATTLECRUISER Online Website
as well as a new version 1.01.03 patch for Battlecruiser Millennium Gold
Edition, updating each of these space simulations from 300AD Software. Here are
the accompanying version control files for
Universal Combat and
for BCM Gold Edition.
PATCHES MUST BE DOWNLOADED OR COPIED INTO THE FOLDER WHERE UC IS INSTALLED AND EXECUTED FROM THERE. DO NOT EXECUTE PATCHES FROM THE DESKTOP!!!
I guess the patch program's not programmed to find the executable/install directory?
Attention developers, make your patch programs as fool proof as possible. Requiring users to understand the concept of a directory structure can be an excercise in futility.
