The promised Painkiller demo is now available, offering a chance to check out
single-player play in People Can Fly's upcoming first-person shooter. Here's
word on this sent along by publisher DreamCatcher Games: "The
demo contains 3 Single Player levels including the never-before-seen Oriental
Castle, the medieval town level and the Thor level where players will get
'hammered' with one of the biggest, meanest and downright scariest bosses of all
time, Saphathoraél." The demo is a 228 MB download, available on
