Its good to see Blue supporting his users, some companies should take a leaf out of blues book! or buy one of his dictionarys!

Why don't you lay off Pharcyde?

That wasn't meant to be a harsh personal criticism of Pharcyde. I was just pointing out the obvious silliness of calling a site "a waste of resources" when:
a) We are currently reading a site that some (my parents, for instance) would consider a waste of resources, and,
b) He hadn't even taken the time to look at the front page of the site, where a BIG graphic proudly declares: Guzzlefish is an online catalog system that lets you organize your media on the web. And then continues for three more descriptive sentences. Then links to a VERY clear "about" page. http://www.guzzlefish.com/about.php

What, exactly, would a "better description of the site/service" be, in your opinion?

Jeff

Why don't you lay off Pharcyde? He asked a legit question. Guzzlefish is pretty cryptic until you go there and click the About link, whereas Blues is plainly obvious. Until I looked into it, I would have concluded that Guzzlefish was a waste of bandwidth (it's not). Someone should come up with a better description of the site/service being offered.

What exactly is the point of the site?

Um.... you're joking, right? You're spending time posting on a site dedicated to bringing us news about gaming, and you're wondering if Guzzlefish might be a waste of resources?

Anyway, lay off Dave... he's got a nice site.

Jeff

What exactly is the point of the site? Seems like a waste of resources to me. And if you don't have a programmer, what exactly do the rest of the folks at Guzzlefish actually do?

Is this THE Dee Snider (of Twisted Sister fame)? Man, I always wondered what happened to washed-up, cross-dressing, glam-rockers.

Na, he (Dave, I think it is?) posts here all the time, and is a cool guy.
