Checked it out and it's legit. Under 4000hrs on the Airframe and the engines JUST had and passed inspection. She's flying right now! Wow! What a price for a flying Hornet. It's not so much the price that'll keep buyers away,(it's dirt cheap as far as military AC go at under $1m) but the cost of fuel and maint. A Hornet absolutely guzzles fuel like it's free, especially in re-heat, and for every hour in the air she'll need about 3hrs worth of post flight maint (thier words not mine) When I was a kid my dad owned a Cessna 172 and even that thing was expensive in upkeep and a killer at inspection or engine replacement time. That and, crack the sound barrier over a populated area, and the DOT in Canada or the FAA in the States will punch your ticket pretty quick and put an end to your fun. They already don't really like weekend warriors tear-assing around in old high performance military aircraft.
