Out of the Blue

I'm really starting to consider whether there are alternatives to dropping MrsBlue off at the train station each morning. Today I had another two (two!) near misses in covering the mile-or-so between the BlueTower and the train station, including a tire screecher that I still cannot believe did not involve contact. The cause, of course, is all the numb nut Sunday drivers heading to the train station to commute, so the quandary here is whether reducing the risk of a fender-bender in our own personal car is a justifucation for potentially increasing her risk of having an incident because she would then be traveling with a (numb nut) cab driver. Damn, it's the Kobyashi Maru... time to recode the simulator.

There was no intelligence failure. Everyone in the know, knew the WMD thing was bull. The deception was intentional.

The Bush regime only had one thing to gain in inading Afghanistan and Iraq. Hazard a guess as to what that might be.
