Slashdot story apparently gives the account of a San Francisco native's
encounter with the FBI as the fed's raided his home looking for evidence in
connection with the theft of the Half-Life 2 source code (story).
According to Slashdot (since the site has been, naturally enough, Slashdotted),
the blog includes a scan of the FBI's search warrant. Thanks Captain Trips.
It's amazing that our government is spending its money and agents to find out who stole a video game code ::: When he have yet to even catch Osama Bin Laden( man responsibe for the death of thousands of people and human suffering) or other foreign terriorists. Good to know the importand things come first
Look, our government, the executive branch at least, has no intention of finding Osama. He's far too valuable in funding right-wing extremist political policies. As long as that nut is out there cousing trouble, our corrupt president can use him as a wild card for funding all sorts of personal agendas (War in Iraq anyone?).
Jeez, people condemn Clinton for lying to the American public, but Bush has lied and killed hundreds of Americans for his personal vendettas and political machinations.
