Easy... Truckers are in to much of a hurry to actually stop to go whiz... so they do it in a jug and huck it out the window.
That's mostly it right there, many truckers are paid by the mile and are only allowed on the road for so many hours a day. Plus, the county that's complaining the most, Adams, is along the heavily used trucking rout between Spokane and the Tri-Cities and is 99% farmlands and sagebrush. I don't know for sure but I'd bet there isn't one rest stop in the whole county - but I could be wrong, I haven't had to go to Spokane in over 25 years.
Still, I'm sure that there's a stretch of highway exactly like it in every state - so why is it such a problem here? Perhaps it is a problem in every other state but the cleanup workers don't complain as much. Maybe Adams county has two guys riding around in a '63 International Harvester pickup which would make 2,666 jugs of urine and 67 bags of human crap a much bigger big deal.
Btw, good Ootb message board today. We've got human, dog, and horse crap, 2,666 jugs of urine, dog vomit, and to top it all off, dogs eating crap and vomiting. Did I miss anything? Doesn't anyone have a good infected pus or bile story to share today?
Please move along people. Nothing to see here. This comment was edited on Dec 18, 20:42.
