Well, he appointed himself, so it could be a dictatorship. But we also have El Presidente. Plus, no one has blinked since he appointed himself (or asked for a recount/recall/etc.), so either we're all very apathetic, or we all have confidence in his abilities as Mayor.

If he/she can afford that car, then he/she should be able to afford to have it cleaned by professionals.
I wish they would bring back shareware. Demos these days are too small to get a sense of a game.
The AOL Add at the top of the page causes 100% CPU Usage bla bla blaIt's doing this here as well. I've heard many a bad thing about AOL (like, it's the devil's spawn), but never experienced it like this...
