I had just noticed that the text appears to be smaller too, but it could just be me. No worries though, I just bump the site to 110% and it's all good.

Long-time reader; once in a great while I email you regarding some trivial item. Here's one such.

I crank up the text size when reading text-heavy news sites these days to make them a little easier to read (I'm not particularly old, and yes, I know what causes my premature trek into blindness). Your update today removed my ability to crank up the text size to the max. I can still muddle through OK, but I'm sure people with real vision problems will be inconvenienced by this. Further, the generally accepted accessibility guidelines would dictate that the end-user should be able to specify text size.

Just an unsolicited heads-up. Thanks so much for all your hard work - you've given me a great deal of enjoyment over the years.

I think it's "live" right now, check it out. Also if I remember right, Blue can't do much with the look of the forums because they're a Bagpuss thang.

I was going to send this straight to Blue but after playing around with Blue's new "on the fly" color change system I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not. At first when I clicked on the retro button the page would turn black but then change back to blue after a couple seconds. I later figured out that this was because I was clicking on the button before all the ad information had loaded. If you wait until the page is completely loaded it works great.

Now what I don't know is whether the color preference is supposed to be saved as a cookie or are you simply supposed to click the button every time you load the page. Right now it's not being saved, but if that's by design then there's not a problem.

Now we won't have to turn the hose on the happy heathens.

It's easier to make something cool when you don't have to take care of all the details that are in a "real" game.

Fly_2: well its not excactly a game as such, still it has me pondering..Why is it that those "Play time" games are sometimes far better than some of those "real" games in the news.. Did anyone try that "chickinator" game from yesterdays "ETC."? Damn that is the single WORST DAMN GAME IVE EVER PLAYED. EVER. Its almost worth trying just to know how bad things can get.. I think its supposed to be "fun" .. but its not..

Call of Duty go home. Red Orchestra is just much better.
