I know you live close by, I am in SERIOUS need of work. What kinda stuff you need done?

If you are interested in serious heavy duty construction that happens to occur at water and wastewater treatment plants send me an email. We are always looking for laborers.

This is not work for the faint hearted or people in their 30s. It is work for young men with strong backs. It's not unusual to spend an entire day lifting pieces of pipe in the 80 100 pound range and holding them in place while another guy bolts or welds them together. It is backbreaking work at times.

last i heard Cameron said that if he were to do another alien movie he'd ignore everything after Aliens and pretend it didn't happen. A friend sent me a link several months ago, i wish i had kept it.

Last I heard (in the last 6 months or so) Jim Cameron was still kicking around the idea of Alien 5...maybe he could somehow salvage the series (or do a dream sequence and say 3-4 never happened! WEEEEEEEE!)...

Had he gotten the third star, it would have done the whole fireworks thing, taking up more time. No, it was intentional. I will, however, agree that he does pull some needlessly dangerous moves for a mere 300 points on the airships.

i was thinking about that, they are almost too perfect. i wonder if the guy has written some code for mario so that it just plays on its own, or something along those lines, because that does seem almost impossible, then again, maybe im wrong!

I thought the same thing but you can see that even though his skill is amazing there are still some mistakes that he prolly wishs he could fix. the obvious one is that he gets a mushroom instead of a star on his third end level. he also misses some of the jumps in the airship levels and almost screws up bigtime. It's an amazing run, and from what I can tell looks unscripted.

As the American Electronics Association reports "nearly 750,000, close to 13 percent of all high-tech jobs in the United States have been lost over the past two years." In 2002, the sector "lost close to 540,000 and another 234,000 jobs in 2003."
Looks like all those bums in high school that thought, "Hey, I'll go to school at a tech college and score a job in IT and start at $50,000 a year!" are wishing they'd thought of a career with more job security.

Woo, Newegg.com is having a Thanksgiving day sale. Some pretty good deals, Radeon 9800XT for $465, and Sony DRU510A DVD burner for $165. Ends on the 28th.

Well, hopefully they'll pull a fifth movie somewhere, and for God's sake, get either Cameron or Ridley Scott back at the heml. A lot of people say the third movie was bad, but I actually liked the atmosphere it portrayed. It had a heavy feel to it.
The fourth movie I will leave well enough alone because there was really little excuse for that monster to exist; even in the banal lairs of cinema hell.
If a script can be developed that isn't written by a script writer *not responsible* for the recent rash of craptacular sci-fi movies then we could possibly get an actual heir to the tradition Ridley/Cameron set in the first two films in the series.
