X² - The Threat Euro Delay

This X² - The Threat European release announcement on the Egosoft forums (thank Frans) has word that the European release date of the upcoming space sequel has been pushed back to February 6, 2004. Localization issues are the primary cause cited, though the update also says "This new street date will also allow the developers to enhance even further, key aspects of the game-play and graphics and make the European version of X2 worth waiting for." Meanwhile, the The North American Release announcement says: "The US version is currently on-schedule. We expect Enlight to confirm a release date shortly." Finally, there's an Other Areas announcement that says: "Russian and Australian release dates will appear in this thread when we have them confirmed."
