dropped a line to say that they've received confirmation from Ubisoft that the
information on their online store listing mentioned in this story is incorrect,
and that the game's release is still slated for November of this year.
Original Story: Online retailer listings are usually not reliable enough to take release dates they list too seriously, but the Ubisoft Store's Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 Athena Sword listing obviously carries a bit more credibility than that, since Ubisoft is also the game's publisher. An update to the game's listing now carries a January 2004 release date for the Rainbow Six 3 add-on, while most other e-tailer sites still show the game as being available by the end of this month.
