This could spell bad things for Fallout 3.

Or very good things. Depending upon how the case goes IPLY may come out with a good wad of cash and the freedom to find another distributor. Hell, they could even team up with Atari and thus be able to release Jefferson (BG3). On the other hand this could be the nail in the coffin and neither Van Buren(Fallout 3) or Jefferson(Baldur's Gate 3) will see the light of day.
