Pre-ordering is a joke if you're doing it by mail, because it usually arrives a day after everyone else gets it. Yes, I've heard of some stories where people get it a day early, but they're rare.
Just goto EB on the release date at lunch, and they'll have lots of copies.
I don't see any reason to pre-order games.
Because pre-ordering saves me the trouble of going to the store. And the trouble of keeping tabs to know when the game is actually out. (Yes, I know, I'm saying this from the standpoint of having time to post comments on Blue's. But I'm normally a lot busier.)
I don't particularly care about getting the game a day later. I enjoy games, but they're not *that* important.
