A demo of Mercedes World Racing is now available offering a sample of this
glamour-brand racing sim from Synetic. The 62 MB demo has been mirrored on 3D
Gamers, Boomtown (registration required),
Gamer's Hell,
and Worthplaying.
Vrooom.
...at least to show off the graphics to your mates. If not for some of the most lifeless scenary (the world seems to be very stiff) compared to other recent racing games, this could have been the most beautiful racing game I've seen on PC yet. Gameplay is OK, seems kind of realistic (can't be the judge of that....never drove a car in my life), so if you want the breakneck speed of , let's say, Midnight Club 2, you will be very disappointed. Oh, and dashboard view is a nice bonus.
