Out of the Blue

One of today's flood of spam in my inbox offers the opportunity to have my own "As Seen on TV" store. This inspired my latest get-rich-quick scheme... Have your own "As Seen in Your Inbox" store. You know, shelves filled with EZ Credit Repair, Generic ½-off V1agra, get rich on eBay CDs, credit repair, whatsis enlargement, and the like. There's no question all that stuff has its appeal, but sometimes you need to see something in-person before you can decide to go the whole route. There could even be a financial section where you could sit down and interview Nigerians who are looking to smuggle huge sums out of their country using your bank account.

Link of the Day: DNA. Now I've seen all (until next time I think that).
The Sushi Pants Story. Thanks ^DragOn^.
Stories of the Day: Police: Driver causes pileup to keep sofa dry.
The Pentagon's best kept open secret.
Suspected Terrorist.
Wild Science: How a Forest Stopped a Fire in Its Tracks (registration required).
Playing Tag with Shoppers' Anonymity.
Tired of the Telly? Reprogram It.
Weird Science: Tongue transplant first. Thanks monsto. And they say you can't buy taste.
High-tech car control not catching on.
Images of the Day: FoxTrot. Thanks Warpig.
Follow-ups: Implantable human tracking chip launched.
The Gorge-Yourself Environment (registration required).
Thanks Mike Martinez.

Seriously, I've always wondered why you don't just ban fredrickson (or his IP, if it's static). I mean, whee, he used to be funny, I guess, but now he's just an irritating boil on the Blue's News forums.
