Out of the Blue

Yesterday I got a wild hair to have less wild hair, and cut most of it off (I now resemble the logo more than ever). Later in the day we picked up some supplies for an impromptu cookout and because there was beer in our cart, the young lady at the checkout asked for my driver license! Now I'm not going to kid myself that I suddenly look underage as much as she was just clueless. On the other hand, I don't think I will ever shop anywhere else... and she sure looked mystified when I tipped her.

Those images at space.com are pretty sweet. Was the moon landing a hoax? Why haven't we returned?

Oh how I hope that the next news story says smoking weed reduces the risk of cancer, too... then I'd just order lots of pizzas and stay in my room for awhile being really healthy.

EDIT: Nevermind, weed is bad! Thanks, PC.IGN!

Sometimes really old males...I am NOT joking, would give you a quarter for a tip, for some reason.

No offense, but around here, that's the equivalent of saying "Here's a quarter, call the employment office". Of course, pay phones aren't .25 any more.

So I guess Blue goes as a really old male now? From below legal age to elderly, all in one thread. Nice
I do not think blue is lame enough to give out a 25 cent tip! Really old in the reference I was using is 70's. But even a 70 year old is young compared to a 90 year old!

I used to have to card people at the gas station for cigarrettes and the funniest was when the males below or possibly just over the legal age would say they forgot their driver's license... yet they were driving and had a wallet which they tried to pay me from. Those clowns! TEEHEE

Fred's link was actually pretty cool, although I couldn't read the language in which it was written. It was a computer mod - someone combined two cases to look like a big block engine, looked pretty cool if I do say so myself.

When I was working at a grocery store some time back, and was 18 or 19. Their was this really damn hot older (older then me) lady, had to be in late 30's. But I was really "nice" and smiling, and did a Little harmless flirting. She was a little toasted, and was having a great time having someone my age flirt with her, and gave me a $100 tip, no lie! Sometimes really old males...I am NOT joking, would give you a quarter for a tip, for some reason.
