I wish I had thought of this...
Look how much people pay for playing online games as it is, and how much they pay for some virtual +150 sword of badness on ebay.
The possibility of winning some money with their fps skills? Well, people won't be able to resist. This beats the hell out of the gaming tournaments they have now, because even an average player can have a chance of getting some dough in a lower stakes game. And it's all online...
Mark my words, this will become a *huge* industry
Bet there will be a dozen copycat websites in no time.

They have games where the entrance fee is $0.50 and $1.00, and the winner gets prize money!

i.e. If 4 people play, winner gets ~ $3.50 prize money.
