The promised Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory map editor is now available. Word from
Activision is: "This will allow anyone to create maps and content for Enemy
Territory. Please note, these tools are not supported by Activision, id
Software, or Splash Damage. Help is available via a community forum
located at http://www.splashdamage.com/forums/
where you'll find open discussions on working with the editor." The 15 MB
file can be downloaded from 3D Downloads, 3D Gamers,
FilePlanet (registration required),
Gamer's
Hell, RTCWFiles,
and Worthplaying.

Supporter of "The Only Good fredster Is A Dead fredster" fan club
so respectable. They did such a nice job with ET, and now they're making it even better. Community support has always been key in an FPS, and for a free game, this is just going to shine.

It's funny really... ET gets a map editor while the BF 1942 crowd gets a new official map. I think I'd rather have an editor.
