(thanks
Slashdot)
has more on the legal wrangling over game violence in St. Louis (
story),
saying: "St. Louis County officials have decided not to give up on
outlawing sale of violent video games to minors despite a recent tide against
their effort. Last week, county lawyers asked that the full 8th U.S. Circuit
Court of Appeals in St. Louis review an adverse decision from a three-member

'POSTAL'
Video Game Victorious Over U.S. Postal Service (thanks
Frans) is the press
release announcing that a six-year-old lawsuit brought by the U.S. Postal
Service against Running with Scissors over their gratuitously violent action
game "has been dismissed with prejudice" by the Trademark Trial and
Appeals Board of the U.S. Department of Commerce. Included are some barbs aimed
at the Postal Service, Senator Joe Lieberman, and the postmaster general.
