I saw this movie today. It's definitely not the revolution of Star Wars (or even better yet - The Matrix series) but it wasn't meant to be and stands on its own. I haven't been following this film that much over the past two years, but it was really surprising to see Nick Nolte starring in a decent movie again. Let alone him being combined in the same script as Sam Eliot? But all around - very entertaining.

Oops, sorry about that Mr. banddirector, I shouldn't have typed that. It's just a dumb thing some people around here call Moses Lake - like calling the Tri Cities the Dry Shitties. I've been to Moses Lake quite a few times and have absolutely nothing against it. Great place to fish!

Dan, there is a post below that explains the fix for this. Basically u need to have enough credit from the round before to not lose any troops at the end of the current round, i had the same trouble, kept throwing all my cash on fortifications and then having everyone leave me at the end of the turn.

My strat is to aquire the church, archery, wizards and then 10 fortifications in that order. Then as soon as u get the church up start converting people but not deploying them as u dont pay upkeep on em until they deploy, keep doing this until u hit level 13 or 14 (When the big guys appear) and then drop them all on archers, 2 on repair and a couple more on wizards.

After that its fairly plain sailing, just remember to keep a ton of cash in reserve and ull be right as rain.

The tricky part is trying to convert new ones as they walk onto the screen before your archers kill em!

Only Happy When It Rains

Rain sucks. Bring on the 100+ temperatures. Woot!

Arrg I wish somebody had told me earlier that the third wizard spell was a conversion spell. I'm was at level 23 with 35 archers and 9 wizards and I kept forgetting to convert new people. Now after seeing such enormous numbers that some of you have, I read the instructions and found out that I can get a spell to convert people... I've like tripled my recruiting rate.. wooo!

Anyway, those enemy bombers are my saving grace. I should send a thank-you card to the enemy commander for sending those guys in.

Haha, tripled was an understatement. Went from 9 wizards to 110 in a round. This game is cool.

666 archers, 666 mages (am i wrong?) , 2 repair guys, level 28 but i have real trouble getting more as they all die before getting on the screen!

Great fun.. for a while. After a while, the computer can play alone. I gave up after level 42. 255 mages, 1000 archers, and 100 repair guys, averaging about 200k income after all expenses are taken out at the end of the rounds. Only 37k casualities though. Yes, I have been playing this all day. I'm so bad.
