Joan of Arc Game

Enlight announces Joan of Arc on GameSpot has word of plans for a new third-person 3D game based on the life and battles of Joan of Arc in the works at Enlight Software (Capitalism, Seven Kingdoms) planned for release in November of this year. They say the game represents "a combination of fast-action combat, RPG character development, and real-time strategy elements in an epic military campaign that will include some of the most intense historical battles of medieval Europe." Here's a bit more:
Joan of Arc can slash enemies with her sword and use dozens of unique combo attacks that require careful timing. It'll be possible to learn new fighting techniques, and there's an increasingly powerful arsenal of weaponry that Joan of Arc can unleash on her foes. The intensity and brutality of medieval warfare will be vividly represented in huge battles that take place in nine massive maps complete with strongholds, living cities, and varied landscapes.

Having just played Age Of Empires; Age Of Kings, which has a Joan or Arc campaign. She claims to be nothing but an average peasant woman. She can't fight for love or money, although she does relatively well at waving her arms about like a mad woman.

This should be an easy game for them to make. Grab Ritual's Heavy Metal F.A.K.K.2, throw some clothes on Julie and change the plot.
