Following up on the story below, GameSpyDaily has a report up quoting Valve's Doug Lombardi that contradicts the notion that their shooter sequel will not be released for Microsoft's console system:

"Half-Life 2 is planned for the PC and Xbox. We've announced the shipping date for the PC version, and we'll announce a shipping date for the Xbox version later in the year."

MS is already subsidizing the cost of the machine by a significant amount in hopes of gaining marketshare. Some have said as much as $100/unit.

But your right ram is cheap
