Remember: on dry cleaner bags it says "this is not a toy" ....DUH!
Sounds obvious doesn't it? But by law you have to state these things otherwise the product fails testing (yes, in my experiance a product will fail a required test result if the packaging is incorrect or not to a required standard).
It's to stop law suits ie:
"My son choked when he wore the plastic bag on his head!""I'm sorry madam, here's some cash for compensation and for a good school"
"Don't blame him - How was he to know?""Fine, we'll state the bloody obvious in future, guess common sense is too much to ask!"
