The first patch for EVE Online: The Second Genesis is now available, updating CCP's just-launched MMORPG to build 1000. The game should be able to automatically update itself, but for those having problems with this the patch has been mirrored on 3D Gamers and Worthplaying.

Ur-Quan, perhaps you should take a reading comprehension class. Most 5th-grade teachers would be happy to help you out with that. I wasn't complaining that they were releasing a patch. I was complaining that the game was so completely unready for release that they will have to be releasing a patch pretty much every week or so for the next several months just to get the game to the point where it is playable. Well, I was also complaining that they don't test their patches very well and that every patch they've released in the last couple months has broken at least one major game component.
