The Burut Website now offers
downloads of a new trailer showing off gameplay from Kreed, their upcoming
first-person shooter. The video runs a bit over two-and-a-half minutes,
providing footage of gameplay, special effects, and some cut-scenes. The
Bink-format movie is available in higher and lower resolutions, and both files
have been mirrored on 3D
Gamers.
Afaik the leaked tech demo of Kreed is about 18 months old. So if #11 is referring to that then he's being a weapon.
For the record, that leaked demo was incredible to play thru back in its day. Even with holey floors, no AI, no impact detection, crap sound, no story and no goals - it was technologically the best FPS available.
As a small team of guys in Russia working on this title they've achieved a hell of a lot and the game promises a lot that we can't hope to see from an old tech demo and some in-game vids. Why not wait until we have an officially released, playable build before passing judgement?
