that EVERYBODY that played MMORPGS had this attitude :
I'm certainly not gonna pay 13 bucks a month to continue testing the game for them.
Because every single damn MMORPG that comes out these days does this EXACT thing. Beta is still crap, crashes, bugs, runs like shit, but what the hell, lets release it, that way we'll at least make money of it.
And because these fanboys KEEP BUYING THE SHIT IN ITS BUGGY STATE, no publisher will EVER change their release strategies concerning MMORPGS.
Hell, I only play MMORPGs in beta anymore. At least that way it's free. Once it's released, the quality of the gameplay doesn't improve all that noticeably for most of the MMORPGS, at least not until 6-12 months after release (at which point I have already long lost interest in it), and I refuse to pay both a full price game fee AND a monthly fee for the "privilege" of being ignored by the game's developers.
There is a certain MMORPG that was supposed to come out a little over a week ago. Let me just say that it is a VERY good thing that it DIDN'T come out over a week ago, and I seriously hope that it WON'T come out until another four to five MONTHS of aggressive bugfixing.
