HomeLan Fed is reporting having confirmed that due to its large size, the upcoming PC release of Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance will be on DVD-ROM only, with no CD-ROM distribution planned at all.

FINALLY someone gets it right. Why bother with 4 or 5 CD releases anymore. It just doesn't make sense. What kind of gimp doesn't have a DVD-ROM, they are like 30 bucks now.
