...Wouldn't the game's title be awsome for a crime fighting superhero duet that loves to fart everywhere?

I was thinking of downloading the demo, but instead I'll just drink a copious amount of vodka and stare at the wallpaper they released. At least that looked good, and hell, if I drink enough vodka, I'm sure it'll feel like I'm flying at ultra high speeds through a psychaedelic spark show with my nacelles at full and my photons ...

Poor production values come from an attitude that doesnt really care about the consumer. The patch situation was a disgrace. Call me a troll if you want but I think I can back up what I am saying here...YOU know what I am talking about Shataan...

I am actually kind of curious though. The game was actually fun, it just worked like crap and had extremely limited modding capabilites that could have really enhanced things and given the game a much longer life and larger fan base (or A fan base).

I downloaded it but just from the screenies and the system reqs it looks like basically Echelon 1 but patched to work right and with a few new vehicles, couple new weapons...basically the game I thought I bought before plus a little extra.

I got this thing going, and IMHO it looks to be a step up from Echelon. Hopefully they have fixed the dreaded mp bugs we ran into last time.

Can't comment on the new Echelon game but the original was a pretty good mix of Space-Combat and earth-bound flight simulator. It had some poor production values but the core game was pretty fun.

You know guys, in a way I feel guilty. Making fun of Russian games (aside from Tetris and IL2) is kinda like shooting fish in a barrel. Poor bastards, the guys who made this shiznitch probably work 25 hours a day and get paid in alternate forms of currency like toilet paper and Levi's jeans...
But I consider it my duty to let you fine chaps know when I see a stinker on the horizon, so I shall not fail you in this endeavor.
Oh and while I’m here, I might as well start a debate. The high proportion of crappy games coming out of these eastern countries can be tied directly to the rampant software piracy that goes on within those same countries. Because Russian developers know that there is little chance of getting profits from within their own borders they send the games here and sell them for 29.99 or more. And since they don't make money at home there R&D budgets are always low. Any comments?

" If you try to go to the Hangar, and get a crash to the console where it says game can't start, turn off Bumpmapping in the Options. That did the trick for me."
